Message from the Chairman

I was looking for an institution where I could pursue my higher education after finishing my schooling. I had always been fascinated and interested in the tourism and hospitality sector, eventually, I got to know about MASS, and I discovered what a rewarding experience this institution can offer you. MASS was the best opinion for me to receive my education. So, in 2010, I enrolled at this institution. I remember being extremely unsure and anxious about what to do and which route to take when I first started college. My course (H.M) presented challenges every day, but with the assistance of great teachers and the management, I was able to overcome them all. I was able to emerge from myself thanks to this institution. The opportunity to explore and experience the actual hotel industry provided by the college during the course has been very helpful in shaping my knowledge and skills. MASS assisted me in 7 discovering and understanding my own potential, as well as in expanding my knowledge attitude, and skill to have a promising and rewarding job in the tourism and hospitality business. Today, I have successfully completed my Master’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, from the Hotel School, Sydney, Australia, and I have been working in different sector of hotel. I have progressed this in my career because of the foundation I received in the hospitality course from this college. I will be always grateful and indebted for the guidance, support and care received from MASS family.

Studying at Mount Annapurna Secondary School (MASS) shaped my dreams and gave me the direction I’m heading towards right now. Provided us with opportunities to exhibit our expertise with essay contests, eloquence, and debate and numerous other Inter and Intra College activities where I was successful to bag the second runner up position at inter-college essay writing competition, organized by HISSAN, Kaski. I’m thankful towards all the teachers who supported during my +2 journey and amplified my confidence. At present I am pursuing Charter  Accountancy (CA) Cap IV at ICAN.

 I clearly remember when I first joined the Mount Annapurna Secondary School (MASS) family back in 2010 like an empty vase with a hunger to learn and grow. It was a real dilemma to choose the right institution out of many to groom myself and achieve further education. Today, I have Master’s Degree in business administration and moving forward to achieve more in my career. My experience in the college was amazing where teachers not only were teaching but also providing emotional support and guidance as guardians who are always willing to help with the issues and questions. It is said that a building can be built only on the strong foundation. With my experience; I can say that it is the right place which facilitates to make your foundation strong enough where you can build your career path. With experienced tutors, positive environment to learn and up to date practical courses, this institution has managed to be amazing and learning institution so far. I am proud to be the part of Mount Annapurna family.
